Here’s how we source:
Certified Organic
This is our foundation. Ingredients grown without synthetic pesticides or additives, traceable from soil to shelf. These include many of our vegetable, fruits, roots, grains, seeds, and staple condiments (oil/ salt/ sugar/ soya sauce etc).
Wild-Grown & Natural
Sourced from nature, not from systems. These plants grow where they thrive naturally, in mineral-rich soil, coastal waters, or untamed terrain. Think sea vegetables, curry leaves, kaffir lime leaves or wild mushrooms. Uncertified, but full of power.
In Becoming
Some ingredients are in honest transition, grown naturally or traditionally, but not yet certified organic. These are selected with transparency and trust. Because in Southeast Asia, not every ingredient worth honouring comes with a stamp.
