Yes. Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a member to purchase from EYWA. Our Wellness Box, Series, and Whole Bar items are available to all—no subscription or sign-up required. Just come as you are, and choose what speaks to you.

Our menu is centered around nutrient-dense, plant-based, whole foods, featuring protein-rich greens, vibrant breakfast bowls, wholesome snacks, and healing elixirs. Everything is crafted with natural, organic and high-quality ingredients to fuel your body and mind.
Yes. Every EYWA meal is thoughtfully designed to support optimal protein intake using a variety of nutrient-dense, plant-based ingredients.
We incorporate a diverse spectrum of protein sources—including but not limited to quinoa, tempeh, tofu, chickpeas, lentils, nuts, seeds, and legumes—to ensure balance, satiety, and sustained energy throughout the day.
Whether you’re an athlete, active professional, wellness seeker, or simply looking to feel your best, our Wellness Packs are crafted to meet your daily protein needs—without relying on processed additives or synthetic supplements.

We honour your nourishment—but we also want to keep you safe. While many of our offerings are naturally free from common allergens and we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, EYWA is not an allergen-free kitchen.
Our kitchen handles nuts, seeds, soy, and other potential allergens, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces in any item. If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, we do not recommend ordering from EYWA at this time.

We do use soy in some of our products but we only source high-quality, GMO-free, organic soybeans.
We use fermented miso and tamari, which in their fermented form, contain healthy bacteria that aid in gut health.
You can always check the full ingredient list for each product on our website and preview our menu in advance.
The majority of EYWA meals and products are gluten-free, crafted to support whole-body wellness without common inflammatory triggers.
That said, from time to time, we may feature seasonal specials or culturally inspired dishes—like a nourishing buckwheat yakisoba or traditional flatbread—that may contain gluten. These offerings are always made with intention, using high-quality, minimally processed ingredients that honour both flavour and function.
We’ll always indicate clearly when a dish contains gluten, so you can make the best choice for your body.

Yes! Our meals are 100% plant-based, designed to be both delicious and nutritionally complete. We use high-quality and organic ingredients, absolutely no nasties like artificial additives or preservatives.
You can always check the full ingredient list for each product on our website and preview our weekly menu in advance.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, once a product is purchased, refunds will not be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances.

ORDERING & DELIVERY
EYWA delivers to Singapore addresses only (other than the addresses set out below).
As exceptions, please understand that there can be no delivery made to restricted locations in Singapore, including Kusu Island, Rifle Range, Alps Avenue, Brani Terminal Avenue, St. John’s Island, Seletar Aerospace, Airline Road, Pulau Sakeng, Pulau Ubin, West Camp Road, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Busing, Pulau Tekong, Airport Cargo Road, Turf Club Avenue and Pulau Sebarok.
At EYWA, we believe nourishment should arrive with ease, elegance, and intention. That’s why we offer three flexible delivery options to suit your schedule and lifestyle:
1. STANDARD DELIVERY (Next-Day)

- Order by 1:00 PM for next-day delivery
- Delivered between:
Mon- Fri (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Sat (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) - Free for orders S$150 and above
- S$9.90 for orders below S$150
Whether it’s a few pantry picks or a full week of wellness, we pack each order with care and deliver it right to your doorstep. Fresh, mindful, and ready for your ritual.
2. CONCIERGE DELIVERY (Same-Day)
- Available Monday–Saturday
- Order by 12:00 PM for same-day delivery
- Delivered between:
Mon- Fri (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Sat (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM) - S$16.90 flat fee
For those moments when you need EYWA, now. Our same-day Concierge option ensures your items arrive fast, carried with care and intention, always.
3. SELF PICK-UP (from EYWA STUDIO)

We currently accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX—processed securely through Shopify Payments.
You can also use additional digital payment options enabled by Shopify, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay, depending on your device and browser.
We will be working on integrating PayNow as a future option to make checkout even more seamless for our Singapore-based community. Stay tuned.
All payments are made in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable.
Every order is uniquely prepared with the utmost care and delivered in EYWA signature packaging and shipped securely.
For each order, you will receive either the EYWA Essential packaging or the EYWA Signature packaging, insulated to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery.
To ensure optimal freshness, we recommend storing meals in a refrigerator as soon after delivery as possible.
All meals will be labeled with a "Best By" date on the container.
Our delivery boxes are insulated and include ice packs to keep your food at safe temperatures throughout delivery. The ice packs may no longer be frozen upon delivery - this is ok! That means the ice packs are doing their job, and your food should still be cold.
To ensure optimal freshness, we schedule all EXPERIENCE orders (Standard and Series) for evening delivery between 4 PM – 8 PM, when temperatures are cooler.
This allows us to deliver your food or beverage at their freshest, right before you embark on your EYWA experience.

All EYWA EXPERIENCE orders will be delivered during the specified time window that you will see at checkout.
WHOLE BAR
We offer both same-day and next-day delivery, Monday to Saturday, for all EYWA Whole Bar orders.
Place your order before 12:00 PM for same-day delivery, or by 1:00 PM for next-day delivery—both delivered between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or Public Holidays.
Each order is thoughtfully prepared and delivered by a trusted blend of our in-house team and courier partners, so your nourishment arrives fresh, on time, and ready for ritual.
We carefully coordinate each delivery with a mix of our trusted in-house crew and third-party partners, so your nourishment arrives fresh and on time.
If you place your order after 1:00 PM on Friday, you’ll miss the cutoff for next-day (Saturday) delivery, and your order will be scheduled for Monday delivery (between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
However, if you’re in a rush, you can still opt for Concierge (same-day) delivery on Saturday—just make sure to place your order before 12:00 PM on Saturday.
As we do not deliver on Sundays, any orders placed after Saturday’s cutoffs will automatically roll over to the next delivery day: Monday.
We appreciate your understanding, and we always aim to deliver fresh, timely nourishment at your convenience.
If you are not home when a delivery is made, our shipping carriers or delivery partners may leave your order at your doorstep or with your doorman, depending on your area.
You may be able to provide additional delivery instructions (e.g., leaving the delivery at the back door).
Please note that while our carriers will do their best to honor these special delivery instructions, we cannot guarantee that they’ll be accommodated and aren’t liable for any lost, stolen or damaged deliveries that result from these requests.
Yes! You can self-collect your order from EYWA STUDIO.

OUR INGREDIENTS
We aim to work with trusted farms and suppliers who follow organic or regenerative practices. Many of our ingredients are seasonal and regionally sourced, and we prioritise quality and integrity over convenience.
While many of our ingredients are organic, we also choose small-scale producers who may not have formal certifications but grow in harmony with nature, without harmful pesticides or synthetic inputs. However, there are times when certain ingredients simply aren’t available organically; in those cases, we choose the cleanest, most responsible option available, even if it’s conventional. We never compromise on our standards and always, full transparency with you.
We only use pure, unrefined, cold-pressed oils such as extra virgin organic Olive Oil, cold-pressed Coconut Oil, High Oleic organic sunflower oil (pure, cold pressed, no chemical solvents) and unrefined sesame oil. You’ll never find refined vegetable oils like canola or refined sunflower oil in our pantry.
Thats a big nono. All our food is free from synthetic preservatives, artificial colours, flavour enhancers, or stabilisers. We believe in feeding the body real food, nothing hidden, nothing harmful. Our jars and deli meals typically stay fresh for 5 days or more in the fridge and up to a month or more when frozen. That said, we always recommend enjoying them as fresh as possible; for the best taste, vitality, and energy. Then come back for more when you're ready.
All of our offerings are dairy free and egg free. Most of our offerings are intentionally gluten-free. We use artisanal soy sauce that is gluten free as well.We also offer nut-free options where possible, and always label potential allergens clearly. If you have specific sensitivities, just reach out, we’re happy to guide you.
Every ingredient we use is chosen with intention; whether it’s anti-inflammatory turmeric, probiotic-rich ferments, or antioxidant-packed greens. Our food isn’t just nourishing; it’s designed to support your body’s natural intelligence.
For instance:
- Artisanal Soy Sauce: Slow aged, under the sun, ceramic vats, organic, non-GMO soy beans, gluten free
- Artisanal Seaweed: Sustainably cultivated in Japan using patented technology with pure sea water- to tackle disappearing seaweed in the oceans due to commercial unethical fishing practices.
- Organic Rose: Naturally grown and sun-dried by a small family rose farm in Turkey, preserving both fragrance and therapeutic potency without synthetic intervention.
- Atlantic Sea Salt: Harvested from the protected Algarvian salt marshes in Portugal, then triple-washed with seawater and gently dried to preserve its natural minerals and smooth, clean flavour.
OTHERS
We’re opening the circle, one jar at a time.
If you’ve received an EYWA product in a glass bottle or jar and would like to return it, we now accept clean, undamaged glass containers through our in-studio drop-off program as part of our circular sustainability initiative.
Here’s how to return them:
- Eligible items: EYWA glass jars or bottles, clean and unchipped, with original EYWA labels.
- Not accepted: Items with food residue, cracks, or broken seals.
