All Sales Are Final—but We’re Always Here
Because our offerings are made fresh, in limited batches, or tailored for you, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or feels wrong, know that we will show up and make it right—with care and fairness.

Legal Terms

All sales are final upon order confirmation. We do not accept returns, nor do we issue refunds due to change of mind, incorrect orders, or late cancellations.

If a Product arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact support@eywa.sg within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and order details to assess the situation.

Where appropriate and at our sole discretion, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Partial or full store credit
  • A refund (processed within 5–7 business days)

We do not offer refunds or credit for deliveries that were unattended, improperly stored, or delayed due to issues outside our control.
