The EYWA x THE KIND GROWER YUSHENG is our special Chinese New Year collaboration set, created in the spirit of abundance that circulates, and prosperity that reaches beyond our own table.
In Singapore, many migrant workers have left their homes and families behind to build ours. This set is our way of remembering them, and returning something meaningful.
For every set sold, $60 is contributed to a migrant family accompaniment initiative run by THE KIND GROWER. Pesticide-free vegetables grown by FOOD FOREST FARM for our Quirky Jazz collection will be delivered directly to the Ministry of Manpower’s recreation centres for migrant workers. THE KIND GROWER also hope to share the recipes and stories of migrant family through their #1000ROSEHuts Village-in-Box project by BILBERRIES BLUE. This initiative is also supported by ECO ESCAPE HOSPITALITY.

Crafted with THE KIND GROWER’s beautiful produce, this edition reimagines the classic yusheng palette with a fresh garden twist: strands of green and yellow zucchini, paired with heirloom carrot, layered over a vibrant base of rosetta red radish. Crisp, luminous, and full of life, like a garden offering for the new year.
Comes with the ocean’s whisper: nori-cured veggie “tuna” and kombu “caviar” pearls, adding depth and umami without heaviness. Bright pickles follow, layered and alive on the tongue.
Finished with our signature pour, a luminous dressing of ume plum lifted by osmanthus. Tangy, fragrant, slightly sweet. The kind of flavour that feels like luck.
Crowned with crunch and spice, and made for one thing above all: to be shared.
This is Yusheng as celebration, yes. But also Yusheng as gratitude.
