At EYWA, we believe in nourishment as a way of life. Every product, experience, or ritual we offer is a reflection of our commitment to balance, vitality, and soulful living. These Terms exist not to overwhelm, but to offer clarity—for both your peace of mind and our shared journey.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by:

(“EYWA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”),

as well as any order, delivery, subscription, programme participation, or use of our products or services through this site (collectively, the “Experiences”).

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use our site or order our Experiences.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this site with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

Come As You Are
Our door is open. No minimum age. No pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Just honest food, intentional design, and ease of access. You don’t need an account to explore—but if you create one, it’s yours to tend and care for.

Legal Terms

You may create an account to access certain features of the site. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly update it if it changes.

You may not impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity, or create multiple accounts without our permission. We reserve the right to refuse access or terminate your account at our sole discretion if misuse or breach of these Terms occurs.

3. OUR EXPERIENCES

Crafted for Wholeness, Not Mass Production
Our offerings are intentional, designed to nourish in rhythm with the seasons and crafted with care.

These Experiences may include structured programmes, pantry items, and shared culinary offerings.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, all offerings available through the EYWA website or platform shall be collectively referred to as “Programmes.”

Experience Categories

a. Signature Programmes
Multi-week structured wellness journeys designed to be experienced as a complete programme.

Signature Programmes are purchased as full programme commitments, regardless of whether payment is made upfront or through installment billing.

b. Seasonal or Thematic Programmes
Limited-time curated programmes aligned with seasonal ingredients, rituals, or themes.

These programmes are also purchased as complete programme commitments.

c. Standard Programmes
Flexible recurring wellness offerings designed for everyday nourishment.

Standard Programmes operate on a weekly subscription basis.

d. Whole Bar Pantry
Functional pantry items and small-batch goods available for one-time purchase.

e. Communal Platters
Shared culinary offerings designed for gatherings or group dining.

f. Partner & Collaborative Programmes
From time to time, EYWA may collaborate with chefs, creators, practitioners, farms, suppliers, or other partner organisations to develop special collaborative Programmes or experiences.

Such collaborative offerings remain curated and facilitated by EYWA but may incorporate products, ingredients, services, or contributions from third-party collaborators.

While EYWA seeks to work only with trusted partners, customers acknowledge that certain elements of these Programmes may be supplied or performed by third parties. EYWA shall not be responsible for independent representations, claims, or actions made by such collaborators.

Additional terms may apply to specific collaborative Programmes where relevant.

Legal Terms

All Programmes listed on our site are subject to availability.

EYWA reserves the right to modify, substitute, replace, or discontinue any Programme, ingredient, component, packaging format, or bundle configuration at any time without prior notice.

Descriptions, imagery, and representations of Programmes on our website are illustrative. While we aim to accurately present each offering, actual items or experiences may vary due to:

• seasonal availability
• supplier or ingredient sourcing
• operational adjustments
• collaborative programme variations.

Where substitutions occur, EYWA will endeavour to provide alternatives of equal or higher quality.

All Programme purchases are final upon order confirmation, subject only to the specific conditions outlined in the Cancellations & Rescheduling and Returns & Refunds sections of these Terms.

4. PROGRAMME COMMITMENT

We Move with Intention
Some EYWA programmes are designed as complete journeys rather than individual weekly purchases.

Legal Terms

Signature Programmes and Seasonal Programmes are sold as complete programme experiences.

When purchased, the programme is considered a single purchase covering the full programme duration, regardless of payment schedule.

Where installment or weekly payment options are offered, these represent payment arrangements only and do not constitute separate purchases of individual programme weeks.

Programme purchases represent reserved production capacity and therefore cannot be cancelled, partially refunded, or modified once the programme cycle has begun.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Conscious Commitment
Every EYWA order is prepared in rhythm with your selections. Once preparation begins, flexibility becomes limited.

Legal Terms

For Programme Experiences:
Delivery details may be updated until Wednesday 11:59PM SGT of the week prior to your programme start date.

After this cut-off, orders are considered final and cannot be modified, paused, or credited.

For Whole Bar Pantry Items and Communal Platters:
Orders are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified.

After this cutoff, your order is considered final, and we cannot modify, pause, or issue credit for changes.

6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK

From Our Hands to Yours
We pack each order with care, knowing it’s more than food—it’s nourishment. Whether it’s our in-house crew or a trusted delivery partner, our goal is to get it to you safely. That said, once it leaves our space, we trust you to receive and store it with the same care.

Legal Terms

We currently deliver only within Singapore via a combination of in-house teams and third-party couriers. Shipping fees and delivery schedules are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location and order type.

Once your order has been handed off to the delivery provider, EYWA is no longer responsible for delays, damage, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, missed delivery windows, unattended addresses).

We do not guarantee cold-chain delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order and to store perishable items promptly upon delivery.

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours to support@eywa.sg.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All Sales Are Final—but We Care
Because our offerings are made fresh, in limited batches, or tailored for you, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or feels wrong, know that we will show up and make it right—with care and fairness.

Legal Terms

All sales are final upon order confirmation.

We do not offer refunds due to:

• change of mind
• incorrect orders
• missed delivery windows
• late cancellations.

If a product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact support@eywa.sg within 48 hours.

Where appropriate, EYWA may offer:

• replacement item
• store credit
• partial refund.

Refunds are processed at EYWA’s sole discretion.

8. FOOD SAFETY & STORAGE

Many EYWA offerings contain fresh ingredients.

Customers are responsible for promptly refrigerating and storing products appropriately upon delivery.

EYWA shall not be responsible for spoilage resulting from:

• unattended deliveries
• delayed retrieval of deliveries
• improper storage
• consumption beyond recommended timeframes.

9. NUTRITION & RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER

We Nourish, You Choose
Our meals, elixirs, and rituals are designed to support a whole, vibrant lifestyle, but they are not medical. They are not cures, treatments, or prescriptions. You know your body best. We create the tools; how you use them is yours to own.

Legal Terms

EYWA Experiences are intended for general lifestyle and wellness purposes only.

They are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

Customers should consult healthcare professionals before making dietary changes.

Individual results may vary.

EYWA does not guarantee outcomes such as:

• weight loss
• detoxification
• improved medical conditions.

Customers consume products at their own discretion.

Our kitchen handles ingredients including nuts, soy, seeds, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee complete allergen absence.

10. PRICING & PAYMENT

Clarity is Nourishment, Too
We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Our offerings reflect the craft, quality, and care behind each item—from ingredients to delivery. We honour your trust and offer you full visibility at checkout.

Legal Terms

All prices on our website are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

EYWA’s online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., a leading e-commerce platform that provides the technology infrastructure for our website and ordering process. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or Shopify’s approved third-party payment gateways.

By making a purchase, you agree to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which govern aspects of your data handling and payment security. For more information, please visit www.shopify.com/legal.

We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods enabled by Shopify Payments. If your transaction cannot be verified or is declined, your order will not be confirmed.

Promotions, discount codes, and seasonal offers may be subject to change without prior notice. Any misuse of discount codes may result in cancellation of your order.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Rituals in Rhythm
Your wellness should feel steady, not stressful. Our subscriptions keep your ritual flowing—set it once, then adjust as life moves. Pause when you need, resume when you’re ready.

Legal Terms

Standard Programmes operate as recurring subscriptions.

Subscriptions automatically renew until paused or cancelled.

Customers may manage their subscription by:

• pausing
• skipping deliveries
• cancelling

Changes must be made before the stated cut-off prior to the next billing cycle.

EYWA reserves the right to suspend subscriptions in cases of abuse including:

• repeated chargebacks
• misuse of promotional discounts
• repeated late cancellations after cut-off deadlines.

12. SITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

From our stories to our symbols, EYWA is an expression of a way of life. Please honour the creative work, visuals, recipes, and rituals you see on our site, they’re born from real hands and real vision.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, images, recipes, product descriptions, video, design elements, and logos—is the intellectual property of EYWA CONCEPTS PTE LTD or its content partners.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, transmit, or distribute any portion of this site for commercial purposes without our written consent. Use of any EYWA branding, marks, or imagery without permission is strictly prohibited.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We Lead with Care but We Cannot Control All Things
We design every part of the EYWA experience with care and foresight. Still, some things may be out of our hands. What we can promise: if something goes wrong, we’ll meet it with integrity and presence.

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, EYWA CONCEPTS PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the site or Products—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with the use of our Products or site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

14. THIRD-PARTY STATEMENTS & AMBASSADORS

EYWA may collaborate with ambassadors, creators, or community members who share their personal experiences.

Statements made by third parties represent personal opinions only and do not constitute medical or scientific claims by EYWA.

EYWA shall not be responsible for claims made by ambassadors or other third parties.

15. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

If you submit or share photographs, testimonials, reviews, or other content relating to EYWA, you grant EYWA a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content for marketing, promotional, or editorial purposes.

This may include use across:

• the EYWA website
• social media channels
• marketing materials
• email communications.

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We Evolve with You
Just as we evolve our menu with the seasons, we may occasionally revise these Terms. If we do, we’ll keep you informed, because clarity is part of how we earn your trust.

EYWA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. If changes materially affect your rights, we may notify you via email or a website announcement.

Your continued use of our site or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17.INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EYWA CONCEPTS PTE LTD, its employees, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• misuse of products
• violation of these Terms
• health or dietary claims made by you or third parties.

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Singapore administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

19. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

Rooted in Singapore
EYWA was born in Singapore. As such, we follow the laws, systems, and consumer rights practices of our home base, while holding our own ethical standards to an even higher bar.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of our Products.
